Glasgow is Scotland’s largest city and is renowned for its culture, style and the friendliness of its people.

Glasgow Convention Bureau has become the first ever convention bureau to win a Green Tourism Award, the world’s largest certification programme of its kind. This follows on from the launch of the People Make Glasgow Greener campaign which aims to build on the city’s position as the seventh most sustainable conference destination in the world and the only UK city to be included in the Global Destination Sustainability Index (GDS – Index).

A UNESCO City of Music with a legendary music scene, Glasgow has one of the world’s busiest concert venues (The SSE Hydro).  An annual calendar of events featuring world class cultural and sporting highlights from piping to athletics and everything in between. A creative and cultural hub, home to all of Scotland’s national performing arts organisations including Scottish Ballet and the National Theatre of Scotland. Independent art house films, basement comedy clubs, glitzy casinos or underground club nights – Glasgow has it covered.
